Every PeppedCo product is a research material. This policy explains what that means for every purchaser.

Intended use
PeppedCo supplies peptides and related compounds as research materials for in-vitro laboratory experimentation by qualified persons. Products have not been evaluated or approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate or prevent any disease.
Prohibited uses
- Administration to humans or animals by any route.
- Use in, or as an ingredient of, any food, drug, dietary supplement, cosmetic or medical device.
- Resale, relabeling or repackaging for any of the uses above.
- Any use that violates federal, state or local law.
Purchaser responsibilities
- Be 21 years of age or older and qualified to handle research chemicals.
- Store, handle and dispose of materials according to applicable law, safety data and your institution's chemical hygiene plan.
- Ensure that anyone you allow to access the materials follows this policy.
What we do not provide
We do not provide dosing, administration or reconstitution guidance, and we do not advise on use in humans or animals. Product pages list identity and specification data and link to published literature for research reference only.
Our right to refuse service
We may decline, cancel or limit any order, request additional information about a purchaser or institution, and refuse future sales to anyone we believe intends to use products contrary to this policy.
