Processing and dispatch
Orders are submitted as order requests. After we confirm stock, we email a secure payment link. Orders ship the same business day when payment clears before 2 PM ET, Monday to Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Payments that clear after the cutoff ship the next business day.
Methods and rates
- Standard (USPS Priority Mail, 2 to 4 business days): $9.95, free on orders of $200 or more after discounts.
- Overnight (UPS Next Day Air, 1 business day): $34.95.
Overnight orders that clear after the cutoff on a Friday ship the following Monday.
Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses in the United States, including Puerto Rico and APO/FPO/DPO addresses for standard shipping. We do not ship internationally. Some carriers cannot deliver overnight service to P.O. boxes.
Tracking
A tracking number is emailed as soon as your label is created. Every order ships with tracking.
Packaging
Orders ship in plain, discreet outer packaging with no product names on the outside. Lyophilized materials are packed to protect vials in transit and are generally stable at ambient temperature for the duration of shipping. Store them frozen on arrival.
Lost, delayed or damaged packages
If tracking shows no movement for 5 business days, or a package arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of the delivery or expected delivery date at [email protected] with your order number and photos of any damage. We will open a carrier claim and reship or refund. See our Returns and reships policy.
Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address entered at checkout. If you spot a mistake, contact us before your order ships and we will fix it.
